The pace of our lives now is very fast. Every second counts. I need to work hard to achieve my goals. With these I sleep at most 5 hours a day. How about you? How much sleep do you get everyday?

I get about 5 hours. I work and I have school, among other things, and that takes up most of my time. But 5 hours is good enough for me. It's at the point where I don't need coffee to give me a boost.

you have to work on it,though.through my younger days i always wake very early in the morning to go to school then after graduation off to go to work.we commute and we do n't have the luxury of owning a vehicle.after grinding myself trying to prove my worth to the world ,i simply decided to call it off and would rather spend my time enjoying myself by being my own boss but it would take a lot of gut and life planning.oh, by the way i like your rare fish "gingaw".it is sooooo delicious, cooked two ways.

I get lesser and lesser sleep everyday. I think I am suffering from insomnia. The greates remedy for tiredness is sleep It is every bit essential to life as air, water and food.

From 4 to 5 hours, and perhaps more health conscious people will think that this doesn't suffice. I enjoy sleeping and never have a sleeping problem, but I realized one thing: I did loose many hours I can spend more profitable with family, carreer, hobbies, friends... Just make a calculation about how many hour you can increase your "lifetime" -hours you live consciously- weekly, monthly, yearly. Of course you must be of good health and not too young; in this case, anybody who'd like to try can start to reduce gradually from seven or eight hours of daily sleep, to five or six. It's all a habit!

I slept around 5 hours when I was working and studying, I didn't feel sleepy during the day but I did notice that I felt more tired than usual with the pass of days, when I had been sleeping like this for several months I felt exhausted all the time. Now that I'm only studying, I get to sleep at least 8 hours and some times more (but that's because I'm lazy) and I feel a lot better, I do more active things than when I was working but I don't feel as tired as before. That's just my experience, some people needs more sleeping hours than others I think.

i usually sleep around 5-7 hours each day. Its ample enough for me because i rarely sleep in long hours. Maybe if i dont have work i can sleep like 12-18 hours straight.

During the school year I usually don't get enough sleep because I have the bad habit of staying up late. I'll get about 6 or 7 hours at sleep at night and then I need to wake up early. During weekends and vacation though, I sleep a lot... My natural time of being asleep is about 12 hours! I'm kind of a lazy person, I guess, but I really like sleeping.

Most of the time 4-8hours. I have irregular sleeping habbits because of my schedule of work. My sleeping is affected by the load of work I tender everyday. I work in a 24X7 telecommunication office.

I usually sleep between 5-7 hours a night. When I was younger I was definitely an 8 hour sleeper but as you said with the pace of life and all we need to do I had less time for sleep (especially over the last year) and now I have it as my routine.

i really appreciate your thoughts argie. we should try to utilise the best of time and best of resources. but for that we require good sleep, lest we will lose out on quality work. i sleep about6-7 hours daily and i am refreshed after that. just hale and hearty to start off a new day - a new beginning. have a great day.

I almost have 5 to 6 hours a day sleep and sometimes I don't to sleep anymore coz I feel the time is too fast and I can't do all the things I want for just an hour. If I have a choice and If I will not feel sleepy I prefer not to sleep anymore so I can do and finish what I want to do.

i try to get as much sleep as i can but with the current work load that i have, i only get to sleep 5 to 6 hours. so i make up with it by oversleeping during the weekends whenever i can, LOL!

True. But weekends is the only time I can spend on my family. So still I don't get to make up my lost sleep.
