Can anyone help me with how to create my own blog??

An easy way is to go to www.blogger.com and set up an account. From there you will be able to choose a template, which basically dictates the look of your blog. They have a decent stock of blog styles that will arrange the page and do all the tricky html stuff that makes your blog easy to use. If you get more into blogging, you will be able to learn other hosting sites or create your own templates, but many people I know have been blogging for years and still use blogger because it's simple and user friendly.
