Was it ever hard for you to let go of someone or something?

I can say that I am a sentimental person. In terms of things, I find it hard to let go of something that brings back good memories. I don't easily give up gifts from friends eventhough it looks like it is about to go to trash. I still keep the letters from my friends in grade school. I like to read them once in a while.

I don't care for change much so I try to hold onto things and people for as long as I can simply because I'm comfortable. However, sometimes I just get in the mood and realize that this is the best thing for me, no matter how much it hurts. You won't get anywhere by remaining stagnant, you have to change to become a better person. So, eventually I move on, I just don't like doing it right away.
