I try to start the day over if I can. I get back in bed get up with a smile on my face and try for a do over. If I can't then sometimes I have to write song lyrics or do some art to get myslef back on track.
I am usually irritated so to avoid people i watch cartoons or some funny shows,speak a lot to people who are sad so that atleast i can make them happy if i am not happy and engage myself in some work
i sleep early to overcome it..
