i am really confussed the hospital cost alot if you end up going to it but yet they can never tell me what is wrong. 4 years ago i started having really bad pain and went to the er 8 times 2 different places and they kept telling em they didnt know what was wrong. i was in so much pain i could hardly stand it. well one night the pain was so bad i couldnt catch my breath at all so i went again scared. they ended up doing emergency galbladder removable come to find out that is what the problem had been the whole time. well they messed up or it was to late etc and i had it done the old way the cut all the way across. i was in the hospital 9 days and still had to go home with the jp drain tube in my side. since then i can be nothing at all and i start hurting so bad it feels like i am giving birth. well lasat night it got so bad i went to the er. when i told the doctor what was going on he said well we wont be able to tell what is wrong probably so i will just take some blood and send you home and that is what he did. i still hurt and they didtn even try to see why. i mean it just happens no warning and it locks my back up and i cant breath, my stomach hurts and i just roll into a ball and wait for it to stop but yet i am told i am fine once again. did they mess up the first time with surgery? is there another problem? am i going to end up kicking the bucket cause i dont have insurance and they dont want to take the time to care? the bill will be 800.00 and they did nothing. i will pay it to that is the bad part. would you be mad?

If you are unhappy with the care, I would complain to the hospital administrator. You may be surprised, the bill may disappear or be reduced. It is rediculous that they are doing nothing to find out what is wrong. Good luck.

My daughter had stomache problems, she acted like she was giving birth. She was found to have pancreatitus. They took all fluids and food away for two days. I think she was also on antibiotics. She told us even though she had cured her then, it could flare up again anytime.

My friend's grandmother has been complaining of pain in her stomach and has gone for plenty visits but each time the doctors just write it off told age and collect the fees till recently when they found out she has stage 4 cancer. The family was furious but they could not do anything about it by then.
