Hi vani24. In my breakfast, I usually eat breads at least three to four pieces with cream cheese fillings. Sometimes, I used to eat rice with fried eggs or cereal corn flakes in the morning. Of course, my breakfast will be incomplete without drinking a cup of hot chocolate or tea. That’s it. Have a nice day and God speed!

idli in break fast - A healthy break fast option idli.
Vani! Idli is one of my favourite dish. I love to eat idli, as much as I can...with cocunut chutney. But I cannot have it daily in breakfast....because it takes time to cook. On working days...we do not get enough time for a breakfast like idli (Kabhi mauka mila to tumari banahi hui idli khange! LOL!)

Taho - taho in a cup
Coffee would be enough and a cup of Taho. I do not know how to explain what Taho is to you not unless you are from the Philippines. Its a soft food made from soy beans. It will be mixed with a sweet syrup. It was very delicious. I had attached a photo of taho below.

As long as there is coffee in my breakfast, it will be sufficient. But I usually make it come along with salted bread and margarine/butter. I avoid eating heavy meals during breakfast. So coffee itself would be enough.

I prefer bread and butter, rice with a viand, hotdog and egg, either of those foods for breakfast. In the Philippines people usually eat "Pandesal" thats in spanish and translated in english its "bread with salt" With either pure coffee, coffee with cream or a milk.

Idly as Breakfast is very good for all ages and specially for elders. And if anyone want to start there Breakfast with other dish which is high in protiens, even they can start with Idly and continue with second, according to there capacity.Ultimately Idly is easily digestable and stable food.
