Does anyone else follow this? It's at www.mrdeity.com and there are 10 of the. These are excellent. Watch them in order. I've watched them like 5 times now and can't get enough. It will answer all those question you have about why God does the things he does.

Dear ShawnDay, those clips are very funny, I smiled a lot. Of course, they don't answer nobody's real questions, because the put a question and answer them right at the spot in their own manner. I always thought that in order to get a more certain answer one has to search among a number of possible alternatives, at least, that is what tolerant and really interested people would do. And definitely, one would have to study the other's point, not represent it in its most primitive and popular way of expression. Really, the videos are funny in their special way, they reminded me a lot of the comics and clips where fundamentalists deal with evolution. About the same level of understanding of the topic. So sorry, but those sceptics don't behave much different as do indoctrinated fundamentalists. If you want to know, don't stop searching.

Oh, I found the creativity and wit to be far better in these clips than in anything I've seen from a fundamentalist organization. And these are harmless, they're not encouraging anyone to hate people, send in their money, etc. It's just some well thought out humor. ;) Of course, I've already got my table in hell reserved.

This remark about hell came from you, not from me. I don't think my post expresses anything like that, just an invitation to do a more thorough search for truth. I repeat, those videos are wellmade and funny, but they represent a sketch of special -and admittedly very loudspoken and popular- section of a multilayered, multidoctrinal, multicultural, multiethnical, etc, etc... Christianity. A sketch must exaggerate, must be onesided, or we wouldn't laugh! But you must allow truth to be a little more complex.

I didn't attribute any remarks about hell to you, they're clearly my own. As for the rest of it, I think a sense of humor is a good thing and to try and twist some videos, clearly meant to be entertaining, into a serious discussion on spiritual enlightenment misses the point completely.
