Falling when pregnant.

When I was pregnant with all three of my kids I fell sometime and couple of times too many. My oldest daughter I fall on ice and actually caused me to go into labor. My middle child I fall but nothing to severe. With my youngest I fell when my plumber was at my house and he even offered to carry me to the couch. I was so clumsy. Was anyone else as clumsy as me?

Oh yes clumsy is my middle name lol,
ive fallen don stairs ive walked in to doors, you mention it ive done it lol,a
nd while i was pregnant.

It just seems like I was more clumsy when I was pregnant though.

i was around 3 months pregnant with my daughter when i slipped on the floormat and fell butt-flat on the floor. i was alone at home then and was on my way to open the gate since my brother just arrived. good thing, nothing bad happened to my baby. i was just put on bedrest for a few days to be sure.

That is good. Yeah I just seem to be so off when I was pregnant. My husband always made fun of me.

well, when I was pregnant with my second, I fell really hard right into the wall, my stomach actually hit the wall. I stood up too fast, and got faint, I was worried about it, but the doctor said everything was ok, I was about 7 months, with my first, I didnt fall at all. It is scary...but everyone's clumsy sometimes =)

I know when I had fall with my 3rd baby it was horrible I was actually close to my due date and the plummber was at our house and he even asked if he wanted me to carry me into my living room. I was so embarrased I told him no.

Before my pregnancy one of my dogs often tripped me up. I fell over lots of times. So I was worried that he could make me fall and that if I went into early labour I would not be allowed a home birth. So I kept him on the lead when out for walks in the countryside. Luckily he could come off his lead when at the beach as he was more sensible there. My baby was born at home full term. However he has spina bifida so he has spent three weeks in a special care baby unit in a hospital. There I have seen many tiny babies that have been born too early.

Oh that must have been so hard for you. I am so grateful that I have healthy children. I had my oldest at 36 weeks but they think they may have had my due date a little wrong and not only that I had fell on a patch of ice because it was during winter time and that night I went into labor. So either one could have been it I guess.
