what's your point on prenups?

do u think it protects the husband and wife,or be harmful to the relationship between them?

I actually approve of prenuptial contracts. This is to minimize talk that each of them may be marrying because of money and to minimize aggravation when the relationship turns bitter.

I think every couple should do this if they doubt they won't last being together. These days they are people who just marry for money and then do a runner and I think this should stop because money makes people so greedy and once you have some. (it could push you to wanting more) Not all the time but I don't like god diggers. ~Joey

I think prenups are good between couples where there is a vast difference in assets between them. For instance if one of them has millions of cash and property and the other one only his/her profession and income. Where couples are equal or almost equally situated financially I think a prenup would be harmful to the relationship between them.

Personally if there is l9ove and trust between a couple there shouldn't be the need for them. I believe that when you get married you become one unit, though o.k I lost everything from my first marriage and do wish now I had put a side a bit so I didn't struggle too much. I think this time around even though I adore my hubby I think it is good to have each some personal savings, even though we want to have most of everything together.
