My photo editor is getting on my last nerve!

Click to enlarge - a piece of graphic that I need resized

Hi everyone,My problem is simple. Long story short, I bought an ad that needs a certain sized graphic. Using my photo editor (MS PictureIt! 10), I cut a piece out of a banner, clicked to resize the piece I had cut, and set the specs to width: 180 x height: 90. The editor decided that my graphic would be much better at 375x90 instead of the 180x90 that I need. After several attempts, and watching the height specs jump higher as I tried to reset the width to 180, I said to heck with it, and decided to ask for help. Is there anyone here with a spare moment that could click the graphic below, steal it, resize it and give it back to me? Super-duper pretty please with sugar on top????

I feel bad answering this discussion because I don't know that software, but being your friend, I feel I owe you at least my opinion on the matter in my futal efforts of help ... is perhaps the resize function set on an automatic and won't allow you to resize it to the size that you are wanting, sometimes there is a check box that is checked automatically on these software programs that it won't let you change the measurements. It might be on the actual measurement changing page or in your preferences.
