Problem!!! :)

I love playing sports specialy football, criket and hiking .... i am too active on daily basis for my own good.. friends say that to me .... well i had stopped playing sports for a few months ....and my exams are on nowdays ... ifeel lazy and sometimes my joints hurt too ..... ne suggestions ..except going to a doctor :P ..... and neone with similar experience ..... and yeha i used to go to gym too for six months hardcore workouts and then i left it for 2 yrs now and had no affects becoz of it .. so... ur on mac!

When I was young I did like you love to play games like badminton, volley ball, swimming, mounting climbing etc. Recently I used to jogging daily and occasionally I ‘l go for hiking with my husband. I did hurt my arm when playing badminton. I was advised by the doctor to stop playing the game for a period of time. This tennis elbow took me nearly half a year to recover. I learnt that you have problem with your joints. Is over weight the main cause? I suggest you continue with lighter exercise and get sufficient fresh air as this will surely good for maintaining your health.

hehehehe me overweght?? .... wish i might get overweight ....dunno how it feels :):) hehhehehe ....... hmmm ur an elder to me :) .... so shud i call u auntie or miss?? :P . its not that my joints keep hurting its just my unease not being active i suppose . i still run allot .... 50 m dash and long walks... i do em in lonely places .....and our hiking place .... used to be .coz now it's going through some realy huge project and at awestriking speed!!.... so we can't go hiking there and none of us *friends) has got enough time to go to other regions.....studies adn all :) ..... and tresspassing requires allot of plaanning :P.... we did a couple of times and almost got clobbard during the attempt :D ..... thanx still :) i've started doing thpose light exerises too :) tc bye cheers :D!

I’m glad with whatever way you address me. My main purpose is to make friends immaterial of their ages and genders. Haha……you are so adventurous, sporting and having huge projects……I might have under estimate your ability of the joints.:P Go ahead and enjoy the fullest of life. Happy postings!

Thaannxx :) mam :P hehehehe well iused to be adventurous now its just walking in dark areas :) and sumtimes mythical ones too ."ghost of the living there :P".... "undead where :D ....had a couple of frights too during 'em :) hehehe ...but still we remeber those times till now "lividly".uhh "vvidly" :P LOL .... hmm kinda livid too when others dispersed on a false rumour :) ..... well i suppose yeah (underestimation) "IT's my joints" :P ... u still play all these sports or too busy with life :) .... people say m care free ....lifes busy with me :P .. hehehehe ne ways tc bye cheers :D! m missing my best friend dearly though at the moment :( ... dunno whats going on ... life's busy i suppose then :) neway cheers :D!!!

I am sorry you are having problems with your exercising routine. I would recommend you get into some sort of routine of walking, or other lite exercise. Otherwise, you will only compound your problems. Believe me, I have been there. It is much easier to continue to do something than completely stop, and then resume when one is completely out of shape! At least, that has been my experience.

nah man its not as though i ai'nt active no more :).. i still do allot of running and walking even if i don't want to :P.... my apartments quite away from the market at the moment :) so i like running there and back again :) ....... just that i have'nt done some of my break dance dribbles and funky shots that i ususualy keep trying ..not heeing others neway :).and that's been why i've been so succesfull in no time ! :) well i've got an idea from ur account though :)... lite exercise hmm.good one had'nt thought of that !! :) ..i'll exercise at home or go for a run with the baal i suppose .. :) thanx!! :) tc bye cheers! :D

Well becareful , if you suddenly stopped doing for a long time , your muscles will be fats yea ... it can turn your fat if you never execrise for sometime yea

ohhhh yeah! :):) .... thanx man i'll be carefull about that but i don't think i'll be getting fat even if i ate butter, margrine and french toast for a whole cnsecutive weak!! .i've tried that :P . u know liked to know how it felt to be fat :P LOL ...... hehehehe i liked that "yea" .... unique :) so tc bye cheers :D!! yeah i've got a different style :):) its "yeah" :)

I feel that it's better not to watch the scales or reflection in the mirror, but go on the way you feel. Some days one may feel bloated, accept that that's the way it is. Other days one may feel extremely slim and animated. Accept that too. The scales may something else though in both cases. I am of an age where my metabolism has slowed down, and total acceptance of this gives me peace of mind. I take exercise, and go to the gym for fitness and the way I feel. My family love me for who I am and my life has not been about seeking approval for a long time. I have a body, but I am not my body.
