Boys or Girls?

Would you rather raise boys or girls?
If you raised your children, and had both, which did you find easier?
I raised four children, my three children and my step-son. Two boys and two girls.
I found the boys way easier to raise than the girls, especially once they hit puberty!
Maybe it was just there differing personalities, but the girls were definately harder to raise. Sometimes, it was absolutely hair raising. I still have a teen daughter at home, the rest are grown, she has one more year of school and then college, (I hope).
All I can say is I made it this far!

I had 2 boys and 1 girl and I have to say we tend to worry more about our girls when they go out. We had ups and down with all of them but I think girls are more of a challenge.

I have boys but I also have a god daughter and I think my boys are much easier than she is. Maybe i is just the particular personalities involved, but on the whole I suspect boys are a bit easier.

my son was so easy (he is 17) he is much more respectful of me than the girls are. he is more considerate, more charitable etc. He is also more diligent and reliable. (although he is a bit of a slob) my older daughter who is 12 is very crabby, defiant, mouthy, and really can be quite mean spirited.
I love her dearly but my she is a challenge for an old lady.
She is very gifted artisticly and quite bright, but lazy to do any chores or even school work. It is always a struggle to motivate her.
I pray it is only a phase she is going through.

No real preference i have 2 girls and one boy although i must admit when the girls were younger they both took part in active sports so were competetive like boys...came as a shock when at 15 or do they started wearing girlie stuff for the first time..
