Try joomla - It is very friendly and has a lot of features not only blog, so u can do whatever u want to!

Hmm.. if you want a good one then search for those CMS in hotscripts.com or in scriptdungeon. I found there lots of cms and I am using one of them in http://www.sirfsuraz.com You may also sign up in blogger.com and change your domain to your hosted domain. But searching in hotscripts is recommended its totally free and large number of CMS scripts are available there. No hussle

If you want a simple CMS blog, Wordpress can do the trick (download it at wordpress.com) . Joomla is also good like servlet said, and has more options regarding files, etc.
