Help Me With ADBUX!

Has anyone tried to use the site in cybercafe? As in TOS in Adbux.org.. They Said "One User / Computer!" And i use the site in cybercafe. The porblem is that i'm afraid that someone too uses the site on the same computer. Do i get paid in this way????????????/ I sent mail but i found no reply since 4 days! Somebody help me outta this prob
