How do you releive your stress?

After a hectic and facing adversaries through out the day,how one can over come stress?

i listen to music and read a good book or i sit in the net and brows for some time

I suggest doing some type of exercise, no matter how much you don't feel like doing it. Take a 20-30 minute walk while listening to your favorite music. When I walk, I like to go to the high school cross country course because of the variation of terrains. I listen to a high octane CD mix I made for exercising. At first, it's a hard push, but when the music starts, I begin to feel upbeat, and I want to keep going until the CD is over. Yoga or Pilates are great no impact exercising. You have to focus on balance, breathing, and muscle groups, so if you concentrate, you can shut out everything else. The stretches are invigorating. You'll be surprised at how tired your muscles feel. If you do the breathing right, You'll feel great afterwards. People often recommend 15 min of meditation a day, but this one is harder for me, because I just can't stay focused. My mind begins to wander. If I had time for that luxury, I'd sink into a bubble bath surrounded by candles and classical music. What do you do when you leave work? Do you leave work at home?
