For those computer addicts

Do you know Guys that computer has a bad side effects to our body. when spending time sitting infront of computers could create a lot of problem to you bcoz you might get sick. and here in my country, one of the staff working in the call center was recently died from a stroke and her wife blame the call center for his husband is working whole day sitting infront of the pc without giving a time to relax and probably this create a lot of stress to his hubby until he got a stroke attacked inside the callcenter. So beware and not abuse yourself

Hi lorz81!! I dont think that using a PC will give this much effect perhaps it depends on the way we use..If we enjoy and do our work with less trension then there wont be a problem.. In fact i sit in front of computer to relax my mind...

Yea, my mom sits in fron of my comp to relax, she actually watches a fish aquarium screensaver i have installed.

He must have seriously spent 24-7 to get a stroke. It's not easy getting a stroke in a computer or they wouldn't sell them to the open market.

yes maybe! spent almost 24-7 might get a stroke. It would be depend to people how they handle their body as far as i can see that there are chances that you might get this if too much working without even had a sleep or let say he doent had even had a break to have dinner and so on..But i tell you i am spending 24 hrs sometimes in the pc but im still look fine and okay.It would up to the people how to handle every situations and to carry theirselves to not put in this kind of problem

Yes Lorz, I am well aware of this fact that sitting in computer creates lot of problem thats why I take a brake after 1 hour for 5 minutes. Move here and there. At morning hour I do pranayama/yoga and light exercises daily for 45 minutes. At evening hour also I spare time for yoga. This daily routine keeps me healthy. Otherwise various types of ailments may affect us. Thanks for starting such nice topic which is useful for all of us. Most of the users may correct themselves.

sometimes we need to forget our virtual world in computer for a while...get out thre..jogging..hv a walk in the park...relax ur mind relax ur eyes..stretch ur body..hv a deep breath...just feel how wonderful the outside world is...
