Does getting tanned mean much to you? Do you bother to carry an umbrella along with you when you go out?

I think it is very stupid of people to carry umbrellas around with them when it is sunny. There is no point to it, and it isn't that bad to get a tan. Actually, I heard you have more chances of getting skin cancer if you get a tan.

I do carry one but not in the sun but during rainy season. My mobile is very expensive so that I don't want to get it soaked. Here girls use UV creams to get protection from being tanned. Also here girls r the ones that carry umbrellas more often especially those who cannot afford to buy a sun protection cream to save their complexion

I don't carry an umbrella out in the sun, but I do think it's important to wear sunscreen or sunblock when going out in the sun for a period of time. I just recently found out that one of my neighbors has skin cancer, so I definitely want to be more careful to protect my skin!!

No, I barely even carry an umbrella out in the rain and when I do, it's an extremely small and compact umbrella that takes up only a bit of space in my bag. I hate carrying more than is necessary. Getting a tan doesn't really bother me; I'm a bit pale and would actually like a tan. I don't apply any sun tan lotion, though, except at the beach.
