Finding old classmates

I was checking out one of those classmate finder websites the other day and I was amazed at what I found. The rich, popular kids are into all kinds of trouble and the smart kids are all flunking college. I've only been out of high school for 5 years, but I couldn't believe how all these people had let go of everything they had claimed to want to do. Have you searched any of those sites before and been very surprised by the results?

Myspace is also a great place to find out about your classmates. I graduated 7 years ago and half the people I know of from my class are married with like 3 kids. Most didn't do the college thing...just marriage and kids. Not that that's a bad thing or anything, but I'm just amazed that SO many chose that route instead of college and dreams.
Actually I used to work at a radio station and last year we were at a bar and I saw a chick I went to high school with. She got up on stage to do the thong contest. 24 years old and doing a THONG contest!? It was kind of sad.

i have never tried to find out my old classmatesfrom theses types websites, but this thing really surprises me when i found and meet my old class mates

Wow, that's always interesting to hear what has happened to some of those people. I haven't ever joined a site like that before, but I've heard things occasionally about people I went to school with from friends and stuff, and it is sort of strange to find out what's going on with some people!

I did use one once but the one I used only let you see so much before you had to pay. I use myspace and find alot of classmates from highschool and get to see what they are up to now a days. Its cool to see pictures of how they look now and how their kids look. I think its pretty neat and log on about once a day unless I'm really busy just to check out who else has joined from school. I've been out for 9 years now.

I tried one that you had to pay for too after a certain amount. I recently tried looking people up on MySpace after a friend of mine found a good friend of ours that had moved away. It is interesting to see how people have changed. I haven't even thought about searching MyLot for old friends.:)
