I'm italian so evidently I love pizza but I don't know how to make it. Anyway I prefer to go to a restaurant to eat it so I can choose among many types of pizza.Ingredients vary from restaurant to restaurant....and there is only the embarrassment of riches

Pizza is one of those foods that just say yum! I love it and I do make it myself. The best thing about pizza is you can throw just about anything on them that you like and make some pretty interesting sauces to go on them.

Just make the dough like you make bread but for pizza it only needs to rise once, and then add all your favorite toppings, it really is quite simple to make, or if you would like you can buy already made dough or use pita bread, bagels.
