I am not sure all of the charcters were in this movie just that it was a lot like the Hitch Hiker. It was pretty crazy. This one man is broke down on the side of the road so this couple sees them. The girl gets scared and tells her boyfriend to keep driving. They stop at a convenice store to getsome gas and a few snacks. The same man that they left is at the store that they stop at. He needs a ride he tells the store clerk about this couple leaving his on the road. The guy feels bad about it and decides to give him a lift. Big mistake. He kills someone and somehow the cops think it is the couple that picked this stanger up. I wasn't to crazy about this movie because something like this can really happen.

I watched this movie tonight and thought it was okay. From the previews, I thought it was going to be a little different, but pretty much the whole way through you kind of could guess what was about to happen. I think the actors did a nice job though! Gotta love that Sophia Bush!

Ya it was a bit too much like the original movie. I dont see why they cant come up with new ideas instead of making the same movies over and over. If the old movie was in black and white I would say it would be worth remaking but the old one wasnt that far from present time. They also did a sequel to the old one where the hero of the story is a woman.

I haven't seen this movies but It seems pretty crazy it makes you think twice because like you said this could really happen
