i love paypal. i have never had any problems with it and when i have had problems with buyers not paying, paypal always helps me solve the problem. i like that i can pay with Paypal on other sites and more are adding it everyday. when you sign up for ebay, you agree that the fees will be held out of your paypal account or if there is not enough money then it will be removed from your checking account. That is why you give them your checking account information. and the bill is always due the same time every month, so if you did not have the money in paypal, you should have known it would be deducted from your bank account. It is not paypal you should blame, they just debited what ebay told them to and you accrued the fees with Ebay. if you don't pay your electric or phone bill on time, they will cut your power or phone off. whose fault would that be? accept that the responsibility is yours and quit blaming others.

I'm not really sure how it would work in Singapore but here in Canada they charge a 50 cent fee if you are trasfering funds of less than $150. If the funds are more than $150, they don't charge anything.
