Things you take care of before ACCEPTING/SENDING FRIEND REQUEST?

Every now and then mylottians get friend request or they send friend request to anyone. Few will send just because they keep responding their discussion and few other because they like the quality of their discussion. At the time of accepting friends request, few see to it that they have minimum of 100 post and few see that their discussions is of quality. I don't see any of these. If someone keeps responding to my discussion i send them friend request. In the case of accepting friends, i just accept it. I don't impose any conditions for anyone to be my friend. How about you?
