Australia is a great country

I was in Brisbane last summer and i liked it so much that i have decided to go again this year. I think i will go in october. The people in Australia are really great, they are very friendly and that is the most important thing for a tourist! Towns are nice and very clean, Gold Coast is the best beach in the world... You really dont need anything else. I`m planing to move to Australia one day.....

I spent a month in Australia a few years ago. Started in Sydney and drove north to Cairns. I just loved the country! I hope to someday take my wife there and show her everything I saw on my first trip. But I also want to see all the stuff I missed on the last trip! Guess we'll have to go for TWO months next time. My favourite beach was just north of Cairns (can't remember the name). Surfer's Paradise was nice, but it was Grand Pris weekend and all we could hear was the race cars and smell rubber and gasoline.

I agree that Australia is a good country to be with. My wife and I would want to pursue jobs in Australia and hopefully/eventually migrate there for good. Any job offers there please send me a list.

I was completely blown away with how great Australia is. I never saw a bit of litter, everyone was friendly, and the beach was beautiful. I stayed in the southern part of Victoria during my vacation. I was amazed at how familiar it was to America (my homeland) but yet it was so much better. I went back home stating Australia is a "better America".

I think Australia is great because my hubby is an Australian and they sure make good men. He lives in Canada with me now but still pines for his homeland Australia. He is from the South and from all accounts it was and is a great place to live and who knows I may end up there some day!

I like Australia because it has a really relaxed, laidback pace of life. Living in Singapore is really hectic even for students, and we have to rush everywhere! I've only been to Brisbane and Gold Coast for the holidays about a decade ago but I still remember them really clearly :) I hope I'll get to visit more places in Australia in the future, like Perth, Melbourne and Ayer's Rock!
