We use the AVG Free Edition and it's good enough for the purpose. Updates are automatically downloaded. We have used McAffee, Norton, and AVG and they function well. You may just search or go to download.com and you can get the free download of AVG.

I also benefit from a computer virus, or lose some information, although it is not very important, but still very frustrating, really hate those people who create viruses, and let my idols hackers let the world misunderstanding.

First off use an antivirus program. There are several free ones so you have no excuse not to use one. Also get an adware removal program. You can get free ones also. This site has a good listing of all kinds of programs that you could use. http://www.freebyte.com/antivirus/
