Should Leonard Peltier be set free?

The FBI has done everything in their powers to keep Leonard Peltier in prison for life but in the trial the did not let certain things be brought into curt. One thing is that the two FBI agents that went onto the reservation (which they did not have authority to do) told of chasing another kind of vehicle onto the land. Another was the woman who was supposed to be Leonard's girlfriend and says that she was with him all night did not even know Leonard. The FBI says that Leonard had the only rifle of the kind that shot the agents but later found that there were others of the same kind. The list goes on and on. So should Leonard be free or at least given a new curt case with out influence from the FBI?

The FBI cannot admit that they made a mistake and so Leonard Peltier has to suffer for their incompetence.
