Since childhood, i do have this fear of performing on stage or even just to stand in front of the class when we have reporting sessions in calss. Inspite of it, i tried to participate on theatre arts and choral groups and this helped in building my confidence to face a crowd...Honestly until now i'm still tensed before going out to the stage in every performance. How about you, do you have stage fright? is this normal? How do you deal with it?

all people have stage fright... even those professionals have... i always have it everytime i perform... stage fright is natural all you have to do is to learn how to deal with it... before i start singing, my body is shaking and i even forgot the lyrics... but since i am a joker on stage, nobody knows it...

Although I'm a very confident, outspoken person, and I have been in many theatrical productions throughout my life, I still suffer from serious stage-fright at times. It's completely normal and due to nerves, and psyching ourselves out with fear of screwing up or something =P I just try to use my nerves to my advantage - use the adrenaline to make me perform better =D
