idd mubarakh to my muslim friends. yes muslims stays without food throughout the day in the ramzan month. This is really amazing. If u r a muslim feel free to reply me with your experience.

dont say i cannot. I used to say this phrase before but believe me... now i can live one day without food and water. practice makes a man perfect. See there is a very good advantage in fasting one is your stomach is also a machine so it requires some relaxation like you take 10 minutes relaxation in every hour work. Am i correct or not??

yeah rite..I `m fasting rite now but it longs for 14 days...I hadn`t practice for 24 hours yet :P

you r a selfish.... dont afraid [:)] atleast take one day fasting per month so that your stomach will get one day leave from its regular work. every living and non-living body requires relaxation in the world.
