I signed up for this but never got an email. A friend of mine wants to sell a PDF report about relationships. Can she upload it here and have people download it from this site after they pay? That would be very convenient as she does not have her own website and I was working with her to use her MyLot profile as her website.

I didn't get an email also but I could enter right after signing up. She can do it without a website, of course and send the links by email or post them to foruns.
