I used to have Dial Ups a few years ago. When DSL became available, I switched over and haven't looked back since. I like it and in fact it makes it a lot easier since there will be no more missed important calls or anyone needing the phone at all.

I started off with dialup as well. Currently I'm surfing the net with DSL. I've only had DSL for about a year now. I really like the DSL service, it is so much better.

I have internet for almost 11 years now. At first dial-up was the only connection available. Modems are internal and speed is only 14.4 kbps. The monthly fee back then was much more than the fee of DSL today plus DSL is much more faster. I like DSL more because it doesn't take too long to load a page.

I had dial up a long time ago, but it is simply too slow. I have DSL now and it is good, but cable modems are even faster. Maybe one day...

I m having a DSL cable connection right now. Initially even i used to have dial-up and it sucked a lot coz first of all it used to be slow...very slow and secondly ..it used to block my telephone line. So i cud barely use the net for more than an hour. Now with unlimited connection and this good speed....i m really enjoying the time i put in net-usage

Believe me this when I tell you but there are still places where neither DSL or Cable are yet available. Yea, darn my luck - I live in one of 'em. I use dial up. Prior to moving here I had cable. I miss very much the speed!

i started with a dial-up connection for about few months then i found an cheaper broadband service provider then i signed up for that one then after a few months i have changed to another service provider in another few months becuase the service providers was getting cheap and was offering offers speicaly broadband so i have used wanadoo, AOL, NTL, now i am on NTl it is very cheap only 10 pounds a month so its very cheap i have been using that for now nearly a year i may not wish to move to another service provider unless im helpless.
