riga and other european cities,

does anyone know what the weather is like in latvia in july or if i need a visa? also any other suggestions for a cheap weekend in other european cities.

I am from Riga. The weather in Riga in July is good approx 20-25 degrees Celsius. If you are from EU then most likely you don't need a visa.
