who is the fastest guitar player of all time?

I have seen and watch many good guitarist play, I have so many frens who are good with it.
So, Sometimes there is something about speed which thrills.. Personally i feel Yngwie MalmSteen is a fast one. What About Michael Angelo?

I have 2 albums of him.
1. No Bounderies
2. Hands Without Shadows - for me the best cd he had done. Some instrumentals here are cover songs of Metallica, Aerosmith, and some are his tribute or a medley tune of Led Zeppelin and Randy Roads.

those are definitely the first two i'd thought of..
vinnie vincent was pretty fast too,but not quite up to yngwie's speed.

I met Batio! He was an awesome dude and a really funny guy! his new album with stuff like "tribute to rhandy" not only shows his amazing speed"yngwie" but his ability to compose good music"satriani"
