Solve the puzzle and get the Best response.... A family I know has several Children.Each Boy in this family has as many sisters as brothers but each girl has twice as many brothers and sisters. How many brothers and sisters are there?

There are 4 boys and 3 girls. From 1 boys point of view, he has 3 brothers and 3 sisters making them even From 1 girls point of view, she has 4 brothers and 2 sisters, making that double the amount of brothers as sisters
