Reiki healing has certain specific processes and perticular word regarding understanding the healing process! Root cause is such kind of word and reiki healers are talking about that! When Reiki starts to heal it provides relaxation and then starts to go inside where the root cause of the illness/ sickness/ ailment is hidden!! Some time this root cause is stuck inside very firmly because of the person's rigidity or liking for the cause! In such cases the healer needs more patience and do things with more intensity! Mostly Reiki provides this first hand information to the healer to help him out creating proper intention! When this root cause is removed the sickness cures quickly and there are less chances to get it back! Who knows about this thing of Reiki healing? what do you think ABOUT ROOT CAUSE?

Well, suppose you have a leaking roof (disease), allopathy is equivalent of wiping the floor- temporary and quick solution, whereas reiki and many other alternative solutions are equivalent to repairing the roof - time consuming but permanent solution. The root cause of any disease could be considered an aberration in our thinking processes, and a deformation in our aura. These things are rectified through reiki healing, although the time that such healing will take is totally unpredictable. You can read more about reiki at http://healthmantra.com/reiki

Yes, the mind often blocks healing, even when we think we want to be healed. That's wh it's best to relax as much as possible before and during Reiki treatments. Sometimes I even feel like it benefits me personally if I'm asleep during treatments. That way I don't think about anything, and Reiki can do its work unhindered.

Greetings from a small town in Canada, I am a new mylot user and am enjoying the time I spend here so much. I do not believe in coincidences...because of my energy-based perspective on life. Consequently I believe that I am being 'drawn or guided' to like-minded others as I surf around the various sites and here it is once again. Your name and topic idea caught my eye while responding to a discussion on metaphysics. How intersting it is to me that I went through four levels of Reiki training and am certified to share this amazing healing method with others...and I do and we are a continent a part and have this in common. I have seen so many profound changes in my life and the lives of others who have opened themselves to true transformational change by clearing away all the layers of energetic and biological debris until it reaches the root causes. I am a life coach, group leader and include Reiki in all my private sessions. Reiki and the connection to Universal Light Energy created profound changes in my biology and has assisted my husband in his healing journey during the last few months. I could site hundreds of examples of how Reiki changes flows of energy within the body and I love working with it because it has increased my spiritual awareness through the outer changes I have seen occur. I know from personal experience that Reiki heals and restores balance within the chakras and meridian systems and frees blockages in ways that border on the miraculous. It can...and does go right down to the root of problems and can work quickly when a person truly wants to release their old patterns, heal and become whole. I have had less quick responses with those who have a vested interest in hanging on to a problem...but it still creates changes if they stay with the process. I guess you can tell I am a confirmed Reiki believer and appreciate that you opened a disussion on this very important healing art. I trust we will chat again.

The most important "ingredient" of Reiki is the recipient's intention to heal. If they truly want to be healed, on a subconscious level too, then they will be. But if the subconscious is blocking the healing, it will take longer for Reiki to effect the root cause of a problem. This is why it's best for people to be attuned to Reiki and to do their own self-treatments. This way, they don't need to wait for another Reiki practitioner to send Reiki for them. Instead, they can do it themselves whenever they want.
