Do you think this is art or only a kind of crafts?

Generally crafts are artistic.
meaning it is a form of art, just like writing. art could be anything that someone put effort into. (sure this doesn't everything is)
If the guy who made that suite thinks it's art that's his choice. Hobbie or art it isn't for me to decide :)

There are all forms of art. Photography, poems, singing, dancing, crafts, and such. Art is varied in many fields. So, it's a form of art sugar.

Crafts can be art. Just because a person does crafts does not mean that it is not crafts also. I put together dream catchers and each of them is individual but they are also crafted art pieces. The same with my other types of craft works, they are sometimes pieces of art. Yes I look n some art museums and see where it looks like a person spilt some paint on a canvas and calls it art. I don't see it as such but to other people it is art.
