i luv sudoku its the best mind game and it can keep u busy for hours together. and when u finally finish the squares the relief u get refreshes the tired mind and makes u happy

They ask questions that get you to think a certain way. You have to eliminate things by clues to come up with the right answers. Plus they are phrased in terms of people, places, and things most of the time so it makes more sense in a line of thinking. Also easier to remember. Give it a try. I'm sure you will figure out your own method soon enough.

it is a good brain puzzle, not sure if it is a brain storming game as you mentioned, but it is certainly a brain activator. use it or lose it they say - keep your brain exercised and it will become stronger. I am more partial to the "game" brain age, however.

I think it is an excellent game to work your mind. I am bad at it, so I don't play much. But if you want a real brain teaser thats the way to go.

I think that sudoku has everything a puzzle needs... Its sometimes hard as hell, but its quite great when u manage to finish it.
