Taking medicine as the concept upholds inorder for us to cure specific diseases like fever and inflammatory diseases, but having wat we call as SIDE EFFECTs or toxic effects wopuld lead us to be harm.Example of medicines: one this commonly used ASPIRIN for fever which has this antipyretic effect as well as anti-inflammatory effects. The toxic or side effect of taking aspirin is Bleeding tendencies. Bleeding as of any forms like vomiting of blood. or as we defecate our stool contains blood. or also nose bleeding or what we call as epistaxis. Certain contents of aspirin decreases the platelet level that is why bleeding is at risk to the person takig aspirin. Taking aspirin ahould consult first the physician.

But if you are like me, who has High Blood Pressure, etc. sometimes that is what some people tend to say is better for you than Aleve due to the side effects that are supposed to come with that. Or then they tell you then take Tylenol as it contains aspirin. So I feel in all realities, does a Doctor really know sometimes in all cases which is Best? That is why to me, I also like to sometimes do some research of my own and learn to be and stay proactive in the care I recieve. To me, it seems the best way to go all around.

we know that physicians are there in order to respond our physiologic need. coz they studied it and knows us better in relation to medicine. You have your point doctors are not always perfect, they tend to have errors ot mistakes. That is why as we are concerned to our health its better to know our health through having researches. So that we could complain to the doctor of whatever medicine they gonna prescribe to us.
