nail polish

ladies do you paint your nails? what colors do you use? i like using the dark colors they look better that the light colors do . i have one from avon that i use a lot it is rose colored and that is bout as light as i go.

I don't paint my nails because I find it a waste of time as I'll end up ruining them anyway :P But when I do paint them, I'll paint them very interesting colours like egg yellow, or I'll give them patterns like polka dots.

i know the feeling no sooner than i paint mine and it drys it seems to start chipping off i have not tried patterns

They're quite tricky to work with because you have to wait till the first coat is totally dry, and the tool you're using can't be too sharp. You can't use the brush because the polish will get everywhere :(

I'm not big on painting my fingernails since they need constant retouching but I usually paint my toenails with a deep dark red color. I use a quick dry polish by Lumene so I can easily touch up any chips. I've been wearing dark colors for so long now that my toes look funny when I'm not wearing it. :)

I very rarely paint my nails. I don't know if i'm doing something wrong or if its just my nails, but it never stays on for more than a few hours. The majority of it will, but it will have chips and scratches in it. I usually prefer a light color.
