Whats the fastest you have ever gone in a car???

I've gone faster on a motorcycle that I have in a car. My friend and I took a little ride out on a stretch of unfinished highway that was about 3 miles long completely straight and just freshly paved. We checked the stretch for rocks and anything that could get in our way. When we got to the other end we turned around and hit the throttle and the race was on. My speedometer only went to 110 mph but when it red lined we were still increasing speed. I can only estimate how fast I was going but I'll guess at somewhere between 120-125. Looking back on it now it was a pretty stupid thing to do but I was only 11 yrs old and had the need for speed. The fastest I've ever gone in a car was 115 before I ran out of road.
