I find mylotting addictive in the few days that I have started. How do you manage your other activities along with it? I have to wrench myself away. I suppose I will be able to control it after a few months as I get used to it.

Oh yes you are right it was routine but the worst part sometimes are systems are down for hours and hours and find it difficult to catch up with lost time.

My server was down yesterday and i could not post much but I don't try to catch up, i just let it go, post some new one and answer a few when I have the time and opportunity.

Well I have been here 3 months now. I still find it very hard to get away from mylot. My husband gets aggravated because the house isn't getting cleaned as often any more. I wake up and immediately go to mylot for a couple of hours. Then I must pry myself away to get some of my daily chores done. After everyone goes to bed at night I am right back on trying to get those last few posts in before I go to bed. So I understand where you are coming from. Best of luck!

I am the same but I have decided to fix the time I allow myself to sit before the computer, it is simultaneous with watching TV, so that I do not waste extra time. My computer is right next to my TV and I like both.

I find it very addictive, looking at one more discussion, looking at one more thread, write one more response... but then duty calls... I try to break away every few posts and get some things done but it does not always happen.

I also keep telling myself I will stop after the next post but another interesting topic catches my eye and I keep answering one post after the other - if this is not addiction then what is?

i can speak for myself, and I think that it does can get addicting. I have been here only for 3 days but I find myself getting hooked on it. I guess any forums with interesting topics to discuss on and interesting people to share thoughts with can be addicting.

I do find this website addictive because you get to share your feelings with other people.
