How safe is your tapwater? Got Fluoride?

Believe me I know. I've mentioned this a few times here at mylot and how fluoride is something that is everywhere and yet it is very dangerous. Society worries and complains about many things but doesn't even look at fluoride for the most part. For myself growing up I had well water, no fluoride in it, and I used baking soda to clean my teeth. I never had a cavity. My sister in the mean time was brushing three times a day with Crest with fluoride. She had tons of cavities. When I had to get braces the dentist stated I had to use a fluoride toothpaste. Not long afterwards I started to get cavities. Then I moved and we had fluoridated water. I started loosing my teeth due to holes forming in them. Yes I was brushing and all that we are supposed to do, it made them worse. I stopped and went back to using baking soda and it stopped. How the ADA even says not to use it because babies get too much in their systems.

Tap water cannot be believed, recently I heard from Italy they got a snake thru the water pipe.

Our water here in our place is safe because they put fluoride in it. But we are not really trusting it so we buy a filter for the water. Safety is important so we did it.
