I'm still clueless about PayPal even though I already made discussions about it, but I have a new question. Does PayPal give you a card, like a credit card? And is it used like a credit card except the money is already there? Please explain anything! :) Thank you. *I still havent made an account with them. It says free sign up, but then when i click on stuff it has a bunch of prices so im confused how to find a free account with them!*

Hi! Sign up for the personal account. That one is free. The other 2 accounts are if you're a seller on Ebay and accept credit card payments. Those 2 are not free. You also have the option to apply for a Paypal credit card. I don't think that it affects the funds in your account. I'm a seller on Ebay, so I have the Premier account, and signed up for a Debit card on that one. That will take the funds out of your account when you use the card. So, if you don't sell on Ebay, and are only using Paypal to accept payments from bank-funded or paypal funded accounts, and not credit card accounts, then the Personal account is what you want.

okay so I sign up for the personal account, if I use only for mylot and other sites right now... You probably explained this to me but I want to be sure...you get a card when you have money in paypal so you can spend it in stores? Or if that's not true, how do you spend money from your paypal account?
