Lonely Planet, considered to be the Bible for tourist unexpectedly made a mistake by including a small shop selling meat, rice and lentils as "Omelette Shop" in the city of Jodhpur,India. The owner, Ramkishan Gawlani a.k.a "Omlette Man" then switched to making omelettes. Today he consumes around 1,000 eggs every day for making omelettes. His clientele includes domestic and foreign tourist and is famous specially among backpackers, earning rath of fellow competitors, who claim to have better recipes. Piece of Advice - Add 'Turmeric' to your omelette to ward away the smell of egg.

Hi. sachin_sachin. I just love your flower as your avatar! It is a very pretty color. So is this diner that is famous for its delicious omelettes. I love them. I wished that I could come and purchase an omelette. I love eating them.

Thsi is very funny Sachin. I have added tumeric to tofu so it would have color of egg without being egg. Two episodes of Teen Bahuraniyaan was devoted to an egg, that no one ate. I thank Ramkishan is very intelligent to turn others' mistakes into money, and had working. I wonder if he even likes eggs at all?
