I have a long flight coming up soon. Do you have any good books that I can read during this flight? Thanks

I just finished The Time Traveler's Wife, and I highly recommend it!

I second the Time Traveler's Wife. It's one of the best I've read in a long time.

Enders Game by Orson Scott Card- It is sci-fi in genre, but Card has a wonderful ability to get you lost inside the characters so that the setting is just that, the setting and not the dominant force. I will still reread this one periodically just to relive the moments with each character.

Oh, I second that reccomendation! I recently red Ender's game on a flight and I could not put it down. It's a great book and will make your traveling go by so much faster.

I just finished "Lullaby" by Chuck Palaniak (I'm sure I butchered his last name) but it was a really good - humourous book.

The Discovery of Heaven by Harry Mulisch. Much better than those crappy Dan Brown books.

Well I am currently reading "Reposition Yourself" by T. D. Jakes it is a very good book, positive, inspirational and motivating. It is well written and easy reading.

If you like fantasy, I would highly recommend 'The Name of the Wind' by Patrick Rothfuss.

What sort of books do you like to read? Let me know what genre you prefer, and maybe I'll be able to recommend some that I've enjoyed. I read constantly, and pretty much anything is fair game.

i just finished reading "the five people you meet in heaven" by mith albom. it was very interesting and it really makes you think about all the people you encounter in your everyday life. i guess it just made me open my eyes and realize that the five lessons the guy learned in the story, were pretty important and true. i dont want to say too much about it, but once i started, i counldnt put it down.

House of Leaves is a book that I read on one of my flights, and I really didn't want to put it down when the plane landed! It's a pretty thick book, too, so it would probably cover a good chunk of your flight, if not all of it.
