The best way to loose weight is a low carb diet and exercise. In order to like yourself better, try it for a month and see the weight go away and how confident you feel about yourself. Can anyone think of a better way?

Well I think that having to loose weight to like yourself better is a problem in itself. People are too caught up in everything physical, why can't people just be happy with themselves... when I am not depressed and things are going well, my fitness just kinda falls right into place. If I feel good, I have energy to get up and do the things I need to do, and eating healthy is something that I've always done to keep up my immune system. Low carbs isn't necessarily correct though, complex carbs are one of the best things you can eat, as important as fiber and protein.
