entry level jobs. who get hire quicker men or women?

it shouldn't matter, but it does. it depends entirely on the type of job. in construction, its going to be the man, simply because its assumed he is stronger, in retail, its going to be a woman, and believe me, if they both are hired, the woman is going to make at least $1 less per hour than the guy, even in places where its illegal

I believe that gender should not influenced the application of each person. it really depends on how good they really are to that particular field.

I'd say it depends on the type of job. And, if the boss doing the hiring is a sleazeball that wants to drool over a woman lol :)
