Teenagers need a degree of freedom depending on their age and trustworthiness. Letting a 13 year old go out all night on their own is not a good idea. They still need guidance and some parental control. As they grow up extra freedom can be given to them. My son is 14 and he knows if he wants to go out, we need to know where, when, who, and what time he will be home. And we get the final say as to whether he can go or not!!

With freedom comes responsability, its a fact of life. I gave my teens as much freedom as they showed responsability for (with in reason).

The answer is hell no frankly teenagers have to much freedom as it is of course i hate the majority of teenagers there rude crude and stupid and make me want to beat the holy hell out of them and if one of them ever cross me I just might do that but there are a few that deserve freedom and freedom is a privalage if you earn it then you deserve it.

I don't think teenagers should give total freedom.because sometimes it diverts them fromthe mainstream from the society. So there must be some restriction.
