Traffic exchanges anyone?

Anyone use traffic exchanges to promote? I do and for the best results i use smiley-traffic link at http://kenscash.blogspot.com I use it for banners and manual exchange as well as auto hits for some of my newer programs i promote.... please check them out and or let me know your favorite ones to use and go ahead and post your link here...
