when we play something with anyone or even in studies we lose we feel so much irritated and want bad to happen to the person who defeated us. have u ever wondered why man does not feel happy in the joy of others and instead start jealousing. why there is competitive feeling for everything?

I am not a competitive type of person. I think that taking part in a game matters far more than winning it. It should be enjoyable and fair. My partner is very keen on chess. He enjoys it for two reasons, getting a good feeling if he wins and improving his mind when trying different moves. He likes to play people with a different level of skill, some better than him and some not as good as him. In my studies I wanted to do as well as possible. I was happy for another student if they did better than me. I see joy in when people do well. I have taught many children and I would say some get upset by competition. They love to win but hate to lose. I would say it doesn't really matter. What matters is working safely as a team and everyone enjoying a game.

Ego my friend. All of us have it and everyone of us has the urge to over feed it. A little competition may be beneficial for everyone but sometimes when things go over board, competition can end to unfavorable things. It takes a lot of maturity to be able to be happy for others and not feel jealousy. Don't worry..., people usually grow into it. Cheers! Happy Posting :)
