Nowadays finding a suitable job becomes more and more difficult especially in today's China . As the reslut of the enlargement of the national college students , the more pressure on the job-seeking for those appliers . SO if you are a job-seeker right now or used to be a graduate ,can you give out your standards of choose your job . what 's the most element do you think ? Money , the up-and -coming , or the job pressure intensity ? your choice is ?

Paper is not the only qualification a company need - You do need relevant experience to boost your chances.
It really depends on the choices that you have. If you have many companies accepting your application, then it would be choosing the the best of all. That means to say, choose the company that has offered you a good salary, job prospects and all jobs comes with pressure. But if you do not have many companies or emplyers accepting your application, then i would say grab whatever comes your way since it is getting more difficult to find a job. Another thing to bear in mind is, since you are a new graduate, would sticking to your very first job be a priority to you? Don't you want to move on? Improve your skills? If the job is more like a stepping stone for you, then any job will do just to give you the experience. - Lyn
