Which cuisine satisfies ur taste buds????? I m from India and i can say wit passion that Indian cuisine is the best.... Want some recipes, tell me.... i shall give 'em to u

I would like some recipes. I love vegetarian Indian cuisine. I've made Aloo Gobi, Saag Paneer and Samosas with good luck. One that I would really love to perfect is Channa Masala, I've tried it half a dozen times and never once came close to a keeper.
